About us

The Frankston Peninsula Multiple Birth Association is a non-profit organisation established to provide support for parents of twins, triplets and higher order multiples, we are affiliated with the Australian Multiple Birth Association. The Frankston Peninsula group was founded in 1981 by a group of mothers who felt the need for companionship and sharing of experiences with other local mothers of multiple children. The club is open to all parents and caregivers of multiple birth children and we currently have more than 150 member families.

We offer a range of support services including; playgroups in conjunction with Chisholm TAFE, parental education programs, resource library, low-cost equipment hire (including hospital grade breast pumps), in home support (such as companionship and meals) and opportunities to build social connection and a sense of belonging through meetings and functions.

The club is a volunteer operated not-for-profit organisation and is registered with the Australian Charities and Not-For-Profits Commission.
