Each family ticket includes two adults and their multiples (and other dependants of course), 2hours of bouncing fun, plenty of food, a drink for each parent and a treat from Santa for the kids.  For ticketing purposes all adults and children need their own ticket.  Please purchase a family ticket @ $15 for the first adult, then add a free adult ticket for a second (if attending) and a free child ticket for each attending dependant. Our Bi-Annual Clothing Swap, to be held on 14th October 2023, for members only. Please join us for another Clothes Swap afternoon between 1:30-3.30pm at Langwarrin Fire Station (184 Centre Rd). This is a great opportunity to bring any reusable clothing items your children no longer need & pick up some new items donated by others. Please feel free to come along to see if there are items that may be suitable even if you have no items to donate as we are always left with a lot leftover!

You're invited to join us for a morning tea catch up on Friday 13th October between 9.30 - 11.30am at Langwarrin Fire Station. This is an excellent opportunity to come meet up with other multiple birth families & socialise. Light refreshments will be provided.

All FPMBA members are warmly invited to attend the 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) We begin with dinner, to catch up together and celebrate the previous year and then our AGM and committee nominations for the coming year. All members are encouraged to attend, to meet other local parents, learn more about our club and even maybe volunteer for some upcoming projects. Our FPMBA village can only continue with the help of people able to pitch in. Looking forward to seeing you there!

We did it!!!! 8 weeks of Wellness done and dusted, if you enjoyed our program with PARC or if you just need an excuse to get out of the house come and join us for our last event of the program, FPMBA Dance Party!. Everyone is welcome from fresh little bubbas to tired parents and all ages in between. This 1 hour session is mainly to have fun, but also a chance to see each other, and draw out the winners of our fabulous prizes we have been talking about. See you there :)

Join PARC's fitness instructors in a 45minute parents and bubs friendly session indoors in studio 1. In good weather this session may venture outside. For multiples 4 and above let them have their own fun with a specially designed active kids class. Hosted by 2 of PARC's experienced fitness instructors, this class will be a fun and friendly, keeping kids amused while you enjoy one of PARC's Body Balance sessions. Note the information entered when registering will be provided to PARC.

BODYBALANCE Bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates during our Body Balance class. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. Strengthen the entire body and leave our Body Balance classes feeling calm and centred. This is a child free activity, for over 4's book a place in the active kids class which will be running at the same time.
