For multiples 4 and above let them have their own fun with a specially designed active kids class. Hosted by 2 of PARC's experienced fitness instructors, this class will be a fun and friendly, keeping kids amused while you enjoy one of PARC's Body Balance sessions. Note the information entered when registering will be provided to PARC. Parents will need to drop off and collect children from the class. 

BODYBALANCE Bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates during our Body Balance class. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. Strengthen the entire body and leave our Body Balance classes feeling calm and centred. This is a child free activity, for over 5's book a place in the active kids class which will be running at the same time. Under 5's can be booked into our creche session, limited places. This creche session will be run by FPMBA volunteers at a 1:4 ratio. We all have multiples of our own so will be more than comfortable looking after your little ones while you take some time for yourself. All volunteers will have WWCC, and at least one volunteer will have a first aid certificate. If you are packing snacks we would kindly request they be nut and egg free. Any additional allergy requirements will be communicated before the session.

You are invited to join us for our annual Mother's Day Event for 2023 at General Public Frankston on Saturday 27th May! Dinner and drinks from 6:30pm and bowling to start at 8pm sharp. Tickets are usually $40 but our club will be subsidising half the cost for our members so are only $20 to be purchased by 19/05/2023 at the latest. The following will be included; - 1 game of bowling  - pizza - chips - drink voucher (gluten free and vegetarian options available, please advise of any food intolerances when purchasing your ticket) Our table is booked from 6:30pm and bowling will begin at 8pm sharp. This innovative course is designed for new and expectant parents and is delivered in partnership with the Centre of Perinatal Excellence (COPE). Our educators will guide parents through an interactive and engaging paediatric first aid training session, followed by education and evidence-based resources that will help Mums and Dads build their support networks and look after their own emotional wellbeing throughout pregnancy and early parenthood too. Some of the topics we will cover in this 4 hour course include: Infant and child CPR Burns Choking Drowning Allergies Fractures Head injuries Bleeding Fevers Poisoning Bites & Stings Asthma & Croup The Transition to Parenthood Emotional Wellbeing Understanding Depression & Anxiety Community Resources & Support for Mums and Dads And more Babies and breastfeeding are welcome at all of our sessions. Parents can practice their new skills and there will be time for questions too!  Please register each person attending (eg both members of a couple if you are both coming).
